Michele Formaggio is the founder of Formaggio Law Firm, LLC. She has extensive experience litigating across numerous industries representing clients in commercial and residential real estate matters, and in complex business dispute. She also has a wide-ranging experience with matters related to banking, finance, title insurance, structured settlement, immigration law and probate.

Having lived abroad and worked with law firms and businesses internationally,  Michele possesses in-depth knowledge of the legal system and culture of countries in Latin America, and offers her clients the ability to audit, review and draft documents in multiple languages.
